There isn't an index of photos where I can search for a specific setup, is there?

Say I want to find a 2014, black, SR5 with stock suspension and duratracs, or a metallic grey 2013 w/ 285/70r17 BFG A/T, is there an easy way to find stuff like that, or than just hoping I stumble upon what I'm looking for in the pictures thread?

No index of photos (that'd be a nightmare to maintain) and the lousy site search isn't going to help you either.

Go to Google image search and try entering this:
site:http://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/ 2014 black sr5 duratracs

The results won't be exact, but the way they're presented will make it easier to find what you're looking for.

It seems if message boards could copy some of the social media cues and let people "tag" their pictures... you could search for certain "tags" and find relevant pictures.

There are forum plug-ins you can get for that sort of thing, but you have to rely on people tagging their posts and tagging them correctly. I know from what I've seen of it on other forums most users don't bother tagging even when the feature is available.

manual tagging is over rated most people wont put the effort into tags, the only ones that will are the ones with OCD or have a vested interest in finding an old post themselves.

Since you're a Georgia Southern dude and I am an Alumni, I hope I can get you close to what you want. I do have a 2014, Grey, Stock Suspension with Duratracs but it's a trail. Let me know if you want a photo.
