I got a quote for getting my brake lines replaced on my 99 4Runner for around $600. Is this quote too high? They've complained of my car being rusty (I'm from Ohio, but in Oregon now.)- guy_wy

I have a 1999 Sr5, and I've seen some posts calling some 99' 4Runners the highlander edition. What does it have or not have that makes it a Highlander? Thanks! I'm just being curious.- guy_wy
