Normally I would have taken a weekend to do the repair, I just didn't have the time and needed the AC to cool me down and not the front windshield...LOL. ...So ghs215 I need to get your number on speed dial for next time. :)

Update, everything is working once again but it cost me. I didn't have the time so I gave it to my mechanic to repair. He replaced 2 of the motors with OEM Toyota parts and the total bill was just shy of $1100, if I remember correctly approx. $450 parts and $650 labor.

Sport has single zone.

So my truck has been making the "Buzzing" noise from behind the glove box and now the HVAC system only work the defrost position. I have been researching and it sounds as if the blend door actuator needs to be replaced. I removed the glove box and saw there are two actuator motors, but can't...

I rarely get to make it out on the trails, but there is always that "off chance" I could make it if all the stars got in some funky alignment. I am up here in NoVA.

The good ole infamous, tick tick tick tick ticking sound from the exhaust manifold. My baby has been doing that for the past 10k miles. Unfortunately my ticking doesn't go away when the truck warms up, it does get a little quieter, but I found the best solution is turn my stereo up and sing...
