well the regulator arrived yesterday, so i'm going to try and remove the current regulator. the bolts holding those clips are totally rusted. i have both sides of the bolt soaking in pb blaster and i'm able to get a 10mm socket to fit snug over them, but nothing's budging. so i'm going to leave...
