Thanks a bunch, I was testing driving in the parking lot and it was rubbing hard on the mud flap. I believe it was also rubbing on the plastic cover blocking dirt from going into the engine. I will keep an eye out on it and pull what is rubbing in a week or so. Unless the tire tears it right out.
