Sorry for the rookie ? but what does this install do? I just bought a 1999 4runner randomly cause of the price and I am really getting into it. I just did my first paint job ever on it and I am kinda addicted to this project now and have some major plans.

Are you doing your bumper yourself? If you do please post lots of pics I want to do one and a rear bumper I just don’t have a creative mind to go at it from scratch. Oh yeah and rocker guards.
