How much for grill and both headlights with corner markers shipped to 24523?

I am interested in the grill and both headlight assemblies. I am in Bedford, Va near Roanoke. Somebody smashed into the front of my 4runner in May. I bought it back from insurance and I am putting it back on the road. How much?

How much lift would these give? Right now I have the stock coils on my 97 runner with 2 inch coil spacers. I would really like to have all coil. So would these put me to where I am now or higher in the rear? Also waiting patiently if the others drop out. I was stationed at Ft. Bragg 13 years...

My issue is the drivers door will not open now. All the other doors lock and unlock and open properly. My wife had to climb through the passenger today. Can you get the panel off with the door closed?
