Shocks are gone!

SHOCKS ARE GONE! FREE 3rd-gen ICON 2.0 VS rear shocks, used for ~20,000 miles. They're definitely used used but could be used more. The shocks have some chips at the bottom of the shaft due to the lack of protectors and the inverted design. However, 99% of 3rd gens won't have enough bump...

Here's a picture. This is with Superflex + trimmed OEM top cones. The rear bumper is a 4XI with a swing-out 34" tire and a full jerry can, so fairly heavy. Hub-to-fender distance is 23.75". Even with the bumper setup, I imagine I'm still short of the 1000lb total load on each spring.

GONE! Nothing wrong with them, just a little old. I replaced them with the clear-lens style from an 02 4Runner. Free pickup, or pay shipping and I'll ship them anywhere CONUS. If you want just one, I'll happily send you one. Doesn't include black back brackets or hardware, but they'd be good...

Not what you want to hear, but I bought my manual, 4x4, V6, lifetime CA car '97 with 347,000mi for $1000. It dropped down to that price on CL for the same reason everyone is quoting: people are scared to buy a car with that many miles.

Do you have an early 3rd gen with no ABS? Could be a messed-up LSPV causing excessive rear bias.
