Update - Fixed so far! Thanks again for the input folks. I swapped out the after market TPS today with OEM Toyota part ($73) and cleaned the MAF just because it sounded like a good idea. Idle is smoother and I feel I have complete control restored to the throttle. The "miss" feeling is gone...

Sticking with OEM parts had crossed my mind several times actually. I think I will go pick one up today.
