I opened the hood.. Its it not serpentine belts.. It has separate belts for AC PWS and the fan.

No... They are standard pads. I bought ceramic for replacements.

Mine is up higher on a separate plastic panel. Doesn't look like it is even on the door portion.. But if the door is removed the same, then I should be ok. I am just afraid of breaking any plastic on the door.. Thanks!
