Hello all, New member here. 2008 Pearl Urban Runner with 88k. Overall this runner is in good shape. Frame has very little rust. However, There are small screws and bolts that do have rust on them like this: There is also rust on my trailer hitch. How would you go about cleaning this up...

Salt and gravel on the roads seem to be a major factor from what I hear
