replace cover, inner or entire assembly? I bought a used '13 Limited and the passenger mirror has damage to what looks like the inner housing. I'm trying to figure out what part(s) I need. Any guidance?

Just purchased a used '13 Limited ... first 4Runner. Love it so far. Last night I had this clicking/lack of power/dash light experience. Scared me that something is wrong with my 'new' truck. Hopefully, as y'all have said, this is somewhat normal and not a sign of trouble.
