Thanks for the info! I'm sure the O2 skewing is my missing link. I could get it to behave well for a short period of time, but it would always tune out my fuel adjustments. I'll give it a go starting from your base O2 map.

Fellow Minnesotan here. I bought my 3rd gen down in Tulsa, OK. Extremely clean body and frame with ~185k on it when I bought it. The vast majority of 3rd gens I see in the Minneapolis area are poorly maintained and rusted.
