I just bought a 95 toyota 4runner, I took the positive terminal off of the battery, and a quiet buzzer is sounding with the lights blinking, and the 4runner wont start now, is there a relay switch i can hit that will fix this? or how do i solve this problem?

Can someone explain to me how to replace the distributor? or find me an informative video, i have been researching for awhile and just cant find anything on this subject. Thank you for your time
