I just bought a 95 toyota 4runner,
I took the positive terminal off of the battery, and a quiet buzzer is sounding with the lights blinking, and the 4runner wont start now, is there a relay switch i can hit that will fix this? or how do i solve this problem?

The lights are blinking with the positive terminal off? Hmm...

There is an alarm in it. Not sure of the brand but more than likely it has a back-up battery. When it see zero battery power it sets the alarm off. You need to look for a magic button or switch under the dash and the brand of alarm.

Ok, give us a little background info, like why did you remove the battery terminal?
Might get you an answer instead of guessing.

Yep, I'm with GonOvr on this one. Sounds like you have an aftermarket alarm issue. Happened on my old Corolla. When I disconnected the negative battery terminal to reset the ECU it also reset the alarm system. Have to find the "brain" for the alarm and reset it; should be a valet switch on it.
