Do you actually know of anywhere to ride? I know theres an offroad park somewhere south of Athens, but I dont know much about it.
Also, How's the customer service at Heyward Allen? I need to get my new dash from the cracked dash recall.
glad to see you back. I just picked up the 3" Toytec/Bilstein kit and some 275/70/17 BFG KO2's. My first reaction is that the toytec lift is a little stiff. I was wondering if you removed your sway bars or not?
Would you mind elaborating on this, i.e., which wires to splice and such. Im a complete novice in wiring. I just ordered these lights and want the halos to work in the same manner.
Thanks in advance
I wired mine down the side of the windshield. I tucked it under the weather stripping, then ran some black latex to seal it and keep it from coming out.
Are you not getting any win noise? I mounted mine nearly identical to yours, but I can hardly stand driving over 50 mph. The wind rattles the lightbar and roof rack to no end.
I just picked up a 2005 limited and your ride has been my inspiration. I was wondering if I should choose the 40" LED light bar or the halo lights as the first mod? What is your opinion?
Im really looking into getting a baja rack. I have a few questions:
- Does it hold 2 lightweight people?
- Does it come without a ladder?
- Can I fit surfboards on the rack?
So i have a '96 SR5. The fuel gauge needle is always moving up and down within the range of where it is supposed to be, but sometimes it will just drop down to empty and stay there indefinitely. I have ended up just relying on the odometer to tell me when i need to refuel. Is there any way i can...
I had a guy put in my Kenwood stereo into my 1996 SR5. My 4runner has the 3 slot CD changer above the radio. The guy that put in my new radio just left the CD changer in and it looks bad. Ive seen other folks that have a tray replace the CD changer spot, but i dont have one of the trays. Any way...
