It's pretty noticeable. You can hear it from outside the vehicle and it doesn't go away after awhile. Maybe I just started noticing it. If it goes, is it going to mess up the serpentine belt?

I just hit my OEM fender liner with a heat gun and tucked it up behind the bumper. Used some heavy duty zip ties and it covers everything. I can post pics if you want.
