TJM bumper on 16 Trail

That's why I bought a 4Runner. Almost a year ago had a drunk driver hit me head on in my 12 Xterra. Since they are no longer made, 4Runner took its place. Bought it without ever test driving one.

Change the brake fluid if it's older than a year or two. Brake fluid absorbs water and at low temps you may get crystals forming. Don't use parking brake if you can avoid it. Brake pads may freeze to drum.

It has no hood scoop, no red stitching on seats and no manual 4x4 shifter. It does have a generic "Trail" sticker on the lower right of tailgate. Right fender seems damaged in addition to bumper. It isn't a Trail, stay away from it. Price is too cheap for minimal repairs seller is...

Because they have crush cans attached to the frame and are designed to work with airbags and vehicle crush zones. It is a good thing. Ask me how I know that!
