Fee's depend on the dealer, but you can call the finance department and ask what their doc fee is which is usually the highest. I've seen those range from 300-600. Tell them you will pay 35k (or offer less) out the door or you can also check to see what costco offers.

at the time they only had limited's with 3rd row and a trail with nav and kdss which i wasn't looking to spend 40k. it's not something we would use a lot, but just figure it might be nice to have when it's needed. always seems when we have the wife's family in town that we have one extra person.
