I have thought my wheel bearings had gone bad due to some noise with every rotation - turned out a tire rotation fixed it. It sure is a simple way of maintaining your runner.

I always left a minimum of 5 psi in the bags as stated in their documents. In fact I still have the 5 psi on the right side now - that's why my runner sits 3/4" higher on the right...I thought about taking the air out to make it even, but decided not to. I guess it's the cold winter that cracked...

So I've been using these Spring Air Bags from Firestone for just one year and over the winter one of them has crack right across the bottom. I'm not using a compressor. Just pumping it up if I'm using the trailers. I called up Firestone and they are sending me one right away - no questions...

I've been looking for longer ones, but haven't found anything on the net. I contacted my local Toyota dealer and asked them if there is anything available, maybe one of a Tacoma would fit but I don't know yet..

Hi Fellows, I'm just wondering if anyone has ever put on longer mud flaps on the rear tires. Since I drive a lot on muddy - gravel roads it would help to keep the dirt off the motorcycle carrier and trailers I use often. I have the Toytec ultimate lift and 32" tires on the truck. I think 3 - 4"...
