Finally got my fox suspension installed and the shop actually ended up taking a great shot of plates/bumper while removing my a-arm skids. Have a gander. As mentioned in a previous post, I shot the bumper and rock sliders with raptor liner before installing.

For anyone who happens to stumble across this post wondering the same, I ended up going with Wheeler's (Eibach) 1" rear spring and having Mount Zion add another .5" load on the front coilovers for a total targeted front lift of 2.75" with a slight rake. The results were near dead nuts on.

The relo kit consists of a few spacers that drop the 2 sway-bar mounts by about 1/4". Metal on metal is no good and I'd suspect that any bump you hit will result in clanking, if not on regular streets, certainly on trail. I'm not sure where you can grab a kit.

Hey man just a quick follow-up on the above, the filler plate will not work without drilling new holes in the bottom of the winch bumper in addition to a few holes in the plate itself to clear the winch mount bolts. Hey man, you were right. My fox front sus coilovers did indeed come with a relo spacer. Haven't installed it yet but based on the height of the spacer it looks like grinding those brackets would be entirely unnecessary with them in place.

Gotcha, yeah perhaps I've been lucky or the swelling has been so minimal I haven't noticed.

If you silicon spray your seals/trim before FF it doesn't penetrate and swell them. I just spray a ton of silicon lube on a rag and do 1 pass over them before the film.
