    Okki would be correct for ACH... but a debit card that bears the Visa or MasterCard logo, the card brand rules apply since that is technically the "network" used for the electronic transfer of funds, as opposed to handing cash over the counter..

    Be vigilant, I am pretty much certain that no phone support rep you are talking to actually knows the rules, they only know their own companies established procedures... ask to talk to a higher up.. and keep going, and email them these pages, because then, they are in violation of MC/Visa rules...

    Here are the pages from both Visa and MasterCard.. Visa, you have 540 days from the original transaction date for future delivery.. MasterCard, you technically have 120 days from the future delivery date OR the date that it is determined the merchant is no longer in business....
