Yes it is 4WD. Fully loaded, since it was certified they put on 4 new tires on, Brakes, Air Filter, Oil change and misc other. Like 800 dollar worth of extras in order to certify it. Congrats on your new 4runner. Loving mine. Here is the link to the pic I posted earlier...

Yeah, I know thats why I went out about an hour away from where I live to buy it. Do not see low milage cars that often, especially the 4runners.
