Did you take the rotors off to inspect them, or did you just see the small lip on the outside edge? I live in MA, and at 55K miles my rotors were toast....all four. The only reason why I looked at them was a sound that was like rotor lip rubbing on brake parts. Outside surface looked fine...

By any chance are you using a USB storage device? If you are, that could be the problem. I had serious issues when using one, then took it out. All was good. I then switched it out for a smaller dive...think I went from a 64GB to a 16GB....and it has been all good.

If an SR5 with a factory locker is what I would prefer hands down over the TE electronic wizard controls. For me a locker is necessary....and factory lockers work great if you use them. Let them sit and they fail. This is what I would really recommend....if anybody knows where I can get one...
