The blue one in Oregon looks super nice and usually that area is pretty much rust free. (mine is from the same state) 8k is way overpriced? What is it worth then? I have a nice 89 but not currently for sale. Motivational pic for you :)

Did you ever find a resolution for this? My parents 01 4Runner is having the same issue. (though mainly for some reason in 4wd). It seems that it's related to abs/traction control and zero point calibration did not fix it.

Well that doesn't sound promising! I also thought about doing all the fiberglass panels on one but you still have to worry about floors/rockers/frame. I have other cars to drive, it's just that my only two 4WD vehicles are 80's Toyota's and I can't drive them in the winter :D
