Open up your hood and look to the right of your battery, its a small box with a couple of wires running into it, you can follow the wires from it into the headlight harness on the driver side, just unplug it and no more drl's.

There are no laws in the USA that require DRL's or that fog lights are only active with headlights on, so i have no idea why toyota/lexus would make them like that, at least now they are starting to put a DRL OFF switch on them from the factory. they should still allow fogs to be on with markers...
