I'm looking for more power in a way that my car has no power. I've had two mechanics look at it and they both said it was timing. Then I checked the timing and it was right. It just has no torque. Not a drop of torque.

Yeah okay thanks. Mine looks quite thick and I have no torque and I'm thinking its because of low compression

its an alloy bull bar so its super light :) but defiantly everything you have pointed out is very good and il be having a look at them all. im also going to check compression. cheers Jack M

Surly if it was a vaccum leak it would still idle bounce when cold. But when its cold it runs fine. I will check tho

Can anyone help? Urgent. Some more info. When I come to a stop it idle bounces as well but not when the engine is still cold

Hey guys. It says it in the heading. I've got a 91 3vze engine and when I start it up it has trouble starting sometimes and other times it starts fine. But once started the idle bounces between 1000rpm - 500rpm. I'm not sure if its an ecu issue or not. Keep in mind it only does this idle bounce...

Fortunatly for me it has worked a treat. but thanks for the advice. if it fails again il be sure to invest in another motor.

So I've worked out the problem and have figured I can work this out myself. So using some glue to see if the will work

It's the motor that's shagged. Just pulled it out. And the motor goes but does grip on the sprocket on the motor
