obd 2 dcl 12 volts... replace whole harness? or a specific one like the SIL (report said this) the data link connection on the obd 2 should read 5 volts is what I found . it is reading 12 and up on dlc 7. so just keep on look??? the tech said it would /could cost up to a grand.. so I cant do...
