Well I can't tell you every state's laws, but most states just require that you HAVE a bumper. Now, you probably couldn't have giant spears coming out of the front of your bumper, but at long as it is the proper height off the ground, you are set.

Remember. This guy also included the price of 4 35inch tires and the cost to do a regearing for his rear gears. I would think that if you are SAS'ing and are already lifted, some of this is not needed. He added the cost of doing an entire lift rather than just a front SAS.

A quick desert tip: When approaching a set of whoops that you didn't see in enough time (if you drive in the desert this has happened to you), do not attempt to hit the brakes before hitting the whoops. This will compress your front suspension and not allow it to absorb the whoops properly...
