Might work for keeping back window from getting trashed. Something to try as I do enjoy window being partially down in early summer/spring. I would not look for any fuel advantage though.

I see that a new Cobalt mine has opened, rather reopening in Idaho. The only one in the US. No strip mining here, going to hide it. It was last opened in 1982 and may have enough material left for 1 mil EVs. A whole 1 mil and the cobalt mined still needs to go to China to refine.
