Good news! The Info button started working yesterday. Hopefully that trend continues today. The Map button is still dead though. Do the buttons just pry off with a tiny screwdriver? Thinking about popping off the Map button to see if something got spilled in it or jammed in there.

Yeah, its a touchscreen but I haven't seen any random buttons being selected in certain locations on the screen. The buttons don't feel like they are jammed either. They have the same touch and feel as the others but they don't do anything.

Need help with the factory nav on my '07. I just bought it last week but since getting it home, it appears as though the Map/Voice button, Info, and Scan buttons don't work. Ever. The Dest(ination) button works sometimes but not all the time. Everything else seems to work okay - no problems...
