i have no clearance issues, it was definitely the LCA bushings that were bad. 2 on each side had dry rotted out and were "floating" on the metal sleeve. The assembly was not bad at all actually. I paid a guy to press the bushings in at a shop. I think it was worth the 30$ I paid him to do it and...
Got everything, I think I need to begin this, starting on it right now and fully expect the weekend, thank you to everyone for the awesome information, stay tuned I'm sure ill have questions here in a couple hours lol.
Got the white line bushings in, would you grease the outer sleeves or the metal cups that contact the LCA? Whiteline says to, I'm thinking just the inner bushing where the poly contacts the sleeve. Thoughts? Oh and wish me luck about to get started on this lol.
Thanks guys, the shop that did the tie rod ends in kicking me back some cash and ordering new tie rod ends after haggling with them this morning. That will save me some cash, new poly bushings are on order and will be here next week, is there anything else I should look at replacing while I have...
thank you guys again, I would really appreciate the OEM part numbers for the following:
-lower front control arm bushings
-outer tie rod end seal elbows and recommendations on something better (leaking after rack and pinion replacement) or do I just replace it again?
-stabilizer links ( or...

I'll check out the lower control arms when I get home, I am scheduling it to get realigned today. Don't have an appointment just yet, I'll be sure to post them when I have them.
I have a 2002 3rd Gen Sr5, got my toyotech 2" lift with coil overs in the front and HD old man Emu shocks in the rear. All the front end essential hardware replace (tie rod ends and lowers). I have had a wobbling problem on the front end passenger side going over bumps and a crunching noise...
this is all awesome information. I will test today and let you know the results. I was hoping to stay away from the dealership and it looks like I can do most of the testing myself. Thanks again!
I have been browsing quite a bit before posting this and would just appreciate some input. I have narrowed down my new shocks to Bilstein but am torn between using the 4600 HD series on the front and rear or using 5100 preload adjustable in the front ( to level my 4Runner out) and using the 4600...
