End of 2025 Update:
The 2008 4 Runner went to my brother in Colorado who promptly sold it to a fellow in California. Not sure about its current status but if that person is on the forum be sure to say, "Hello."
I do not have a 4 Runner at this time.

I use 'em on my Taco wheel well trim and it's like it just came out of the box!
My '08 SR5 V8 cost ~ 20K in 2011 when it had just over 20K mi on it.
Has ~ 46K mi on it now; it's still like driving a new vehicle. No idea what they are going for now but I wouldn't accept what I paid for it !

you should check out the pdf attached above and see if the drain hole orientation issue pertains to your winch. I would bet it does.
I think that I had more corrosion because we have high salt use here in New England during winter.

been absent for a while but I've been doing a little work on the Runner recently and thought I would pass on some info as a Public Service Announcement.
My winch stopped working a few months ago and I finally got a chance to pull it and investigate. I could hear the solenoids...
