Ok, after further investigation, it did not come from airbox. There is a black tank mounted with it, it connects to a steal tubing by the upper manifold. I had it hanging out side and it appeared to come from airbox, it did not. Trying to locate what this hose is for. This is my daughter's...

I did clean it and putting in new filter. But I still had the burning question as to why.

Nope, factory. Besides it was not light oil, it was about a qt of orange anti-freeze.

So, I took out air box to do some engine work. When I tip it, out comes this "orange liquid". Granted, I am new to Toyota, but I have never seen an airbox with liquid in it. It appears to be anti-freeze, so I am thinking the previous owner put anit-freeze in it, but why?!?

yes, 10 amp fuse is good.

The compressor will not turn on. I have checked back to amplifier harness. Pins 3 + 8 should be battery voltage, a\c on or off, I have nothing. Not sure where to look from here. Cut-off Relay is good.
