It drives me crazy too but I just assumed it was because the lack of gears and gutless v6 and deal with it. I don't like how it downshifts and over corrects then is going too fast.

I like the looks of the LC over the 4r but I do not like that you are forced to get the hybrid. I would not get a GX until Toyota figures out what the issue is with the 3.4TT, it would suck to have to get the engine replaced.

you should see what they did on the 6th gen ...especially for the SR5

simonsays4R very clean looking. I spent a bunch of time trying to find a low profile drawer system to replace the 3rd row and keep the floor flat. No luck so far so seems I might need to build my own. Not sure if the drawer will be that useful since pretty small.

I didn't have to remove any skidplates to install the OEM rocksliders on my SR5. My son helped me install them but I could of done by myself likes others have mentioned

hmm, seems odd they determined it was a SW issue but no fix. 5th gen can overheat if you are in 4H, running in 4l helps.
