You will need to bleed all 4 lines, even though you had just the front calipers off.

Assuming that it's not copyrighted material, then you will need to find a hosting site and link to it. Since it applies to the 2006 models, put it in the 4th gen section.

And assuming it is a 4th gen, you need to check to ensure the wiring is in place. Toyota used various wiring harnesses and configurations in early model SR5's -- for example mine does not have the wiring in place for the heated mirrors (I've checked several times).

H4 will be fine. Best to put in H4 when you leave so that you're prepared for bad road conditions whenever they show up. Should not need L4 since you're staying on road.

Been a while since I did it on my '03, but as I recall just a very short extension is all you need. You do not need to remove a radiator hose to change the belt, but it's a pain to thread around the fan. Follow the diagram under the hood and you'll be fine.

The Rostra kits came with switches that look OEM. But not sure that MNR sells the kits anymore since they are not on the web site. You can call them to find out for sure.

If they are similar to the ones I saw in Beijing a couple of weeks ago, they are very slow. Took as long to boot as a PC with XP -- at least 3 minutes. Good idea on paper but the execution does not live up to the promise. For now, I'll stick with my iPad.

If you have the double-decker shelf then it's probably the spider net for the shelf. Or, it could be the envelope net that goes in front of the rear door and hangs on two of the knobs.
