    Lift installed: Pics inside

Looks awesome man! I'm gonna do the same lift to mine sometime this spring hopefully, glad to know someone else has done and how it looks. Was gonna do a 3 inch lift but realized the 881/906 is more practical for me, and I'm more convinced after seeing how yours turned out.

things that are pissing you off about youre 3rd gen

^This is my #1 problem I have with my 4runner. The only other thing that rarely bothers me is the gas tank does seem a bit small, but that's so minor I generally shrug it off and keep going. So far it's gotten me anywhere I've wanted to go on and off road, which is exactly why I got it.

    Almost ready to lift

Alright great! Hopefully it won't be too long before I get all of this. What I'll end up doing now is just getting ToyTec's complete lift with the 883's and 890's with the shocks. Thanks for pointing that out drifter, I wondered if the lack of the ARB with the slightly heavier springs would...

    Almost ready to lift

I'll probably shoot for the 890's then, so that'll work. A little rake would be good with me.

    Almost ready to lift

Ok great, I had read several things and couldn't tell if the 883's were that much taller than the 881's or just slightly. I knew the 881's wouldn't be the best choice if I was gonna throw and ARB on there. I just didn't want to get 883's and have them be 3" in the front and 906's 2" in the back...

    Almost ready to lift

Appreciate it Steeze, you all will be getting my business. However I do have one other issue that I need clarified now, I think I may have been slightly mislead. Sorry for all the questions, I'm sure you can tell I'm new to all of this. I noticed on ToyTec it said the 881's are a light load...

    Almost ready to lift

Thanks for all the help guys, I didn't know that OME springs should be run with the OME struts but it makes total sense, so thanks for that bit of info. I wondered if the difference in height would even be noticeable and Jon you make a good point about climbing, so I'm not gonna sweat it. The...

    Can anyone clarify?

    Almost ready to lift

A few weeks back I asked about grille guards and ultimately decided based on some sound advice to just wait and get an ARB, which I'm going to do. However before that I had planned on putting in a new suspension just because mine as it is now is worn out and just plain old. So instead of just...

    Grille Guards

Sorry all for the extremely late reply. Thanks everyone for posting your thoughts and suggestions, they've all been really helpful. I think I have decided to save up a little bit more and do some looking for an ARB bumper, I like the look and the overall functionality of them vs a traditional...

    Grille Guards

Hello all, as I'm sure several of you can tell I'm new to the forums, but not so much to the 4runner. A brief intro would go something like this: I'm Hunter, I'm 18 and a college student living in Kentucky. With that out of the way I just had a question about grille guards. I've had my silver...
