suspected leaked V6 engine, with pictures

Not being an a** but if you didn't know that was the valve cover gasket leaking, I wouldn't attempt changing them yourself. Just being honest.

    06-09 LED Tail Light 188$ a pair?

Yeah, I'm done with this already. It makes me kinda sorry I posted something to pass along a good deal. Now I am having to "justify" the deal. It's a silly $200 decision. If they didn't fit right or looked wrong I would have just sent them back. No crisis.

    06-09 LED Tail Light 188$ a pair?

No, there is no error message. NO ISSUES, I don't know how much more clear I can make this! There are too many people overthinking this one, seriously.

    06-09 LED Tail Light 188$ a pair?

It sounds too good to be true because the OEM from Toyota parts is so high! $200 for tailights is actually a fair price, not too low IMO. I replaced a whole left assembly in my BMW for $160 OEM! Toyota parts are high on replacement light and lenses.

    06-09 LED Tail Light 188$ a pair?

lol, you guys and the pics! As I stated they are identical looking and functioning (DOT and SAE compliant). The website has an accurate pic, or look at ANY 06 or newer and you can see them. These are OEM quality, can't tell the difference. Do you think Toyota manufactures all their own lights...

    LED Tails $188 a pair

2006+ style Tails. I waited until I got these and installed them to list this. They are OEM replica replacements, and they are IDENTICAL to stock. Just installed them on my 05. Fit was perfect, and they are plug and play. You can search threads on install or for pics. 15 minute installation...

    Changed the plugs..Very easy

Take the engine cover off, it is two simple 10mm cap nuts. You actually do not have to remove the one bracket. I took out the top bolt, and loosened the bottom so that it swung down out of the way as posted above. The hoses I removed at one end, and pulled them out of the way. Pretty...

    anyone using HIDs with non-projectors?

Let's not fly off the handle here! I don't disagree. Yes, I know it is illegal to modify your headlamps. What I am saying is, all HID's are not projector style. The OP was asking if it would work, or if he needed projectors. D2R bulbs will work.

    anyone using HIDs with non-projectors?

Just an FYI.....My wifes 06 G35 Sedan has OEM HID's and reflector headlamps. So NO it is not illegal, and works when adjusted. There is TONS of misinformation on this subject, such as Melting housings, ect.

    06/07 Tailight question?

I have a slightly damaged tailight. It's a 2005. If I buy the 07 tailights (led) is it a direct pug and play or do I need the plug/harness? I have searched the topic, but didn't see any details. Thanks!

Spark Plug Replacement for V6-Stealership or DIY?

It is a pretty straightforward task, if you have basic knowledge of hand tools. Took me about 35 minutes. I took the Engine cover, air cleaner & hose off, as well as the bracket and two hoses on the drivers side. This was not needed, but made it much quicker and easier. I used the factory...

    Front Turn Signal Housing removal?

That sounds right. I will try and remove that one screw/bolt and see if it pushes out. Sometimes they realease from the front by releasing a clip or something. Anyway, thanks for the help. Any ideas on a cheap source for an OEM part like that?

    Front Turn Signal Housing removal?

Noob here. Just picked up a nice 2005 Limited. On the left (drivers) side the turnsignal/DRL housing is cloudy, and after polishing, it is hazed on the inside? How does this unit come out? I looked behind it and can't find out how it is attached. Does it just "pop" out? I did a search and...
