Just curious if the ionics are the same as the OEMs? Anyone?

Ionic CXV vs OEM (r6), are they the same? Looking for some RBs for my 2012 LE. Are the OEM (00012-R1473-01 (r6) and ionic CXV parts essentially the same? I've never seen either in person but they look very similar online. Also, will the OE fit my 2012? Thanks in advance for any help!

That was my thought for the filters (both) but added them to show how ridiculous I felt the quote was from my local dealer. I've not changed the cabin filter before, but I think there is a link on here somewhere to show how/where to find.
