My 88 4-runners rear window does that studder thing as you bring it up or down. does anyone know the fix for that? is it blow fuse or bad contact on something?

Report 1988 toyota 4 - runner I had the clutch changed having probems though, the truck seems low power. between 2nd and 4rd and 3rd and 4rth the Rpm's rev up and then engage. He said he put a new clutch in. Are the seals oily? is the clutch faulty? did i get cheated? help! jason
