Clean the window guides and see if that helps the window move up and down smoothly. If that doesn't help or just slightly helps you might try fishing reel grease. I did this on my Tacoma with a shaky window and it solved the problem. If you blew a fuse the window wouldn't do anything.

I actually greased it up and it made it worse. it started slipping down back into the door as you tried to raise it.
then, the spring inside gave out or something and the window wouldn't stay down when you engaded it back into the door.
then my girlfriend smashed it by trying to slam the door shut with the window out.

Check that the output gear coming out of the reducer isn't grooved/missing teeth. Mine was, causing a stutter.
