Turns out it wasnt trans related at all.. It was a blown rear diff pinion bearing. Much easier replacement. Auto trans still going strong at 237k!

If it were me I would try to find a good used engine. There's plenty of them out there. Much easier labor wise to just swap in than rebuild the heads.

Just finished a new oem (seiken) brake booster install and noticed the air is gone and brake pedal is much firmer however it feels like there is less power assist than there was before.

They were roughly about 15" compressed. If you have a 2" lift most likely your springs will fall out with these unless your sway bars prevent it

That is odd... Mine did not come with them Mine was packaged just like the bottom 2 in this pic

The only hardware that came with it was the top nut. You will need to re use or buy bushings/washers
