Where to find first gen aftermarket bumper bracket

All our snow melted last week in southern Michigan (it's since returned), so I fired up my '87 for a test drive and within five minutes of leaving the driveway hit a damn deer. Fortunately, the damage wasn't bad. It wrecked the bumper, valence panel, and bumper end caps, but didn't touch the...

Stripes look great! James Dean Creations? Were they difficult to put on?

That 4Runner is badass. Any advice for applying the stripes from James Dean Creations? I'd like to get some for my '87. They look fantastic.

    shell sliding windows removal?

I'm going stock with this one, since I already purchased a replacement window, but I like the gull-wing idea for access! Was planning on butyl tape to put them back on.

    shell sliding windows removal?

With the window removed, used the heat gun and scraper to get rid of the largest remaining chunks of butyl, then applied paint thinner with a cloth to clean the rest. After that, gave it a wash and it's ready for primer!

    shell sliding windows removal?

Started with a very light application of the heat gun to soften the butyl tape. Be careful, too high a setting you'll melt the fiberglass! Then worked the scraper between the window and the shell. Did this all the way around the window and then it was easy to remove the window by hand.

    shell sliding windows removal?

I was able to find a driver's-side sliding window on eBay to replace my rusted one. This vehicle spent its early years in British Columbia, so the the rust is up top (also had rust around the windshield) instead of around the fenders and rocker panels like a Midwest vehicle.

    shell sliding windows removal?

This was a helpful thread, so I thought I would add some pictures. Wanted to paint the shell top on my 1987, as well as replace one of the sliding windows due to rust. Here's the top, and why it needs a paint job.
