Trust me, drove A Yukon XL all week in Colorado and had no complaints. With just the 5.3 let alone the 6.2!

So I noticed a terrible smell today which is the result of a torn inner cv boot and grease all over the wheel well. What's the consensus here, is it to just do the boot or the entire cv? It's the inner boot of course closest to the diff. Thanks.

New KO2's. 275/65/20 (34's) and greased the TC UCA's as she was getting a lot squeaky.

Final update on this if anyone has this problem. Bent knuckle on the passenger side. Knuckle, hub, seals and all were replaced along with a complete rebuild of my Radflo's since I had it all apart anyways and an alignment almost a month later I have it back on the road. Shipping really is the...

Good point, thanks for urging me to take it in for the alignment. When I looked at it in a parking lot last night it was obvious the toe was off badly. Hopefully just a spindle and I can live with that. Lessons were learned and I can get home safely.

I was in many strange situations where it could have happened. I'll look at the allpro's but will also check out the Total Chaos gussets. I have a good frame guy and it wil be on a rack next week to check it all out before I order in parts. I thought someone made gussets for the entire tower/uca...

Yes, with a zero calibration done after the alignment.

Got it aligned or shall we say driveable today. The tech in Gunnison thinks I bent the Knuckle or bent the tower where the uca bolt is. Either way it's driveable now and I'll tear into on Monday when I get back home.

Know any decent shops in Western Co, in Crested Butte till Sunday but willing to drive.
