The pic you linked is from the ARB prototype, not production. I haven't decided on the suspension yet. I haven't driven enough to make that decision. Texas plate, yes. I am not in the state right now; that is why the weather sucks.

No. Everything is sold seperately. I think they were ~$100 (IPF lights). I'd be embarrassed to say how much I paid for everything (winch with wireless remote, install, synthetic rope, bumper, lights, color match etc.) too much, but I like how it all came together.
