Wow, I guess not. I would still like to try though. I mean, I did get it as a toy / project....
So no one has ever tried to replace oil pan gasket? Mostly just looking to find out if I was going to have to take the engine off the mounts and jack it up to do the job.
OK, so I bought a great looking older 4 runner. I'm in heaven!
Except for the fact that the oil pan is leaking like a faucet! The pan is not damaged it is a gasket/seal failure.
Would love to fix this myself.... but it looks like I might have to disconnect the differential and take the...
