I called Toyota HQ and they were pretty furious. They documented everything and assured me that the engine would always be covered. They gave me a number as well for reference in case of any problems. They also are compensating me as well. I was very impressed. I drove it about 40 miles today...

Verdict is in. I just drained out almost 12 quarts. It's dark brown/black which tells me they poured new into it without draining. Tomorrow morning will be fun.

Yeah it's at least 4 inches too high. I'm going to drain some out and take it back over there tomorrow. Not sure what it'll accomplish but they'll at least hear out my complaint!
