2003 4Runner V8 Autotranny 4WD I just came from my annual inspection. They changed all the fluids. Flushed the EFI, etc, etc $477 later ... Upon leaving the shop however both the VSC TRAC and VSC OFF lights are ON and remain on. There is NO CHECK ENGINE light on, only the VSC lights. Perhaps...
