This was very timely. I did mine yesterday. The guy at the dealer did the switch for the refills as I said I didn't have faith in them. Took him all of 30 seconds. Took a lot longer for me to put them back on.

The end result was the first dealer, Route 44 Toyota, detailed the engine bay (without an appointment or calling first) and gave me a check for the out of pocket expenses. I'm satisfied and will continue going there for service.

I asked that it be towed to the first dealer and was told they only tow 25 miles or the nearest dealer. Thanks for your answer. I just wanted someone else's opinion before I seek recourse. I can't imagine they'll balk on reimbursement, it's the cleaning I'm curious about.
