I can't remember exactly what grill I bought or the size of the holes, but it was something off eBay like this: http://m.ebay.com/itm/350271604221 I actually used nylon zip ties to get the logo on, so if you use that method the size of the holes on the grill don't matter as much.

Just fyi, I did end up doing the grill mod. Thanks for the advice, it was very helpful.

Thanks for the info. If I do the mod I might just end up buying a 96-98 grill to make it easier as well as save my stock one.

I'm thinking about doing the Satoshi grill mod to my '99 Limited T4R. I plan on just removing the middle bar of my stock grill then adding the wire mesh. Do you guys have any tips on how to remove that bar while keeping the chrome finish? Thanks in advance
